Most projects include quantitative research to derive consumer insights from empirical data. Data gathered from targeted populations of consumers (such as homeowners, general population, or home improvement professionals) lends to better understand the needs individuals in the marketplace and helps us give you a custom strategy and marketing/merchandising plans. Typical quantitative methods utilized are online surveys, in-store consumer observations, and rate of recommendation/in-store intercept studies.
